Ferentis wins two research grants

UAB Ferentis was awarded two research and development grants funded by EU structural funds and Lithuanian government through Intelektas LT and Intelektas LT+ programs. The first grant, amounting to EUR 160 thousand will fund the project “Synthetic matrix for tissue-on-a-chip in vitro models”. The goal is to develop the basic set of materials and processes for assembly of cell culture-based devices that efficiently mimic the environment of biomaterials used in cosmetic, organ repair and regenerative medicine applications. The second grant, for a total of EUR 360 thousand, will fund the enhancement of the research laboratory capabilities of UAB “Ferentis”. More details
